Pray for KY who was admitted to IMH for depression. To hold on to Jesus’ hands to receive effective treatment.
W recently had issues which affected his sight and was unable to read, write and drive. Feeling despondent. Pray for:
Restoration of eyesight with further corrective intervention.
Injection to successfully clear the blurring of the vision.
UPDATES
God's merciful grace to keep O safe every day. Fear released and to declare God’s scripture to have her home safe for her well-being.
GL had a flu infection with high fever. Thanksgiving GL is discharged.
Pray for:
GL to return to good health with cognitive issues stabilised and strength back into her limbs as numbness subsides.
To regain physical stamina and be in good health to proceed on with studies.
FY has Stage 4 cancer. The Lord’s mercy to restore FY as she walks in faith and receives chemotherapy. Pray for:
Immunity to increase as God gives her strength to live each day well.
New chemo drug to work and shrink existing cancer cells especially the lump on her shoulder.
Side effects of chemo to be minimal.
Protect CW and her family as she goes through a difficult time in her life. God to vindicate and justice to prevail. Dismantle the schemes of the evil one.
PL twisted her left ankle. The hairline fracture. to heal well and safe travels for her planned holiday ahead.
AC is grateful for God’s hand in her life. Thyroid levels to remain in the normal range. Pray for:
A surrendered life to God in health, career and relationship with God.
AC’s faith to arise and to overcome fear.
Thanksgiving for protection everyday during the Timor Leste mission trip.
LK had surgery for pancreatic cancer. Pray for an effective chemo cocktail treatment.
Chemo port to be successfully inserted and LK to be able to cope with the drugs given.
Strength for the family to support him on this journey.
CG’s oncologist to have new and latest options for treatment of peritoneal cancer. CG is a mother of two young school children. Pray for a miracle. Strengthened immunity as she was recently admitted for a bacterial infection.
CL to call on Jesus in his time of need. Holy Spirit to touch him to have full physical, emotional and spiritual recovery. Pray for:
Healing of family relationships and blessings on his caregiver, his wife to continue with perseverance and faith.
CL to return to faith with full restoration and transformation in Jesus Christ.
JY, 23 years old, was diagnosed with stomach cancer with metastasis to her ovaries. Pray for:
JY’s body to respond positively to the chemotherapy prescribed.
Systemic chemo to be effective to grant full recovery. Safety as she begins chemo and immunotherapy.
The Lord to protect, comfort, heal and envelop JY and the family with peace.
JY to have a heart of surrender and to trust in God.
S, 25 years old, has lymphoma and is receiving chemo treatment. Pray for S:
To trust God to heal her and to walk in faith.
Strengthen her body and give her good appetite to care for her two young children.
God’s protective covering to handle difficult family demands well and respectfully.
Z who had a brain bleed had 3D Clinorplasty Skull Implant done on 22 May. Thanksgiving surgery went well. Pray for:
The Lord to re-awaken Z’s brain cells with excellent healing of her memory and faculties.
Caregivers to be continually strengthened to love and care for her.
Protection for husband ML as he travels for work overseas.

50th Annual TRAC Conference (24-27 Nov)
Thanksgiving for:
The various MCO partnership who organise this conference. We thank God that the communication and collaboration has been very positive.
The coordination and communication between the Wesley TRAC core team and TRAC office, also very positive.
Pray for:
All the MCOs as they plan and prepare their various commitments/scope of work to play different ‘parts’ towards the organisation of the conference. May God’s wisdom, favour and joy will be upon them.
Good sign up rate for volunteers needed for the conference, that many will sign up, especially those that are new to serving, and God will use this opportunity to bless, use and grow them in their discipleship.
Our next working committee meeting on the 6 Oct, that it will be fruitful and uplifting.

Prayer Needs:
That God would help Theng Huat fulfil his responsibilities at TTC well, including his new role as the Associate Field Education Director.
May God grant Theng Huat the strength and wisdom to complete his intended writing projects for the next six months.

2. Tan Chew Suan – Serving with Singapore Youth for Christ
Thanksgiving for:
For a teaching session on Matthew with our older female staff, that God may use it to encourage them to serve Him faithfully while waiting for Christ’s return.
Opportunities to meet up with R to encourage her in the faith.
For Christian students who will be attending the Primary 6 programme, that God will work in them the desire to shine for Christ when they enter Secondary school next year.
3. Asholi and Puii Akamu – Serving in Thailand
Thanksgiving:
Good to meet Mr Li-tsa in L recently. Praise God for the work of evangelism and discipleship.
For visit by KPRBC mission team in Chiang Rai in early September. Pray that God will continue to speak to the A people whom we had visited.
Prayer Needs:
A Bible study will be conducted for families who were displaced. Pray for the teachers and participants.
For provision of a larger hall for their meetings which at the same time, will be used as storage for tea leaves.
The couple will be on Home Assignment (15 Sep 2025 to mid-January 2026); pray for good reconnection with their churches and relatives and safe travels.
Smooth running of things by Joe and David (Akha Radio and Media team) while the couple are away.
4. Joel Choong – Serving with Singapore Youth for Christ
Thanksgiving:
For new staff on board. Pray the staff will be able to find her footing in this busy season. Thank God for the current intern as well, who has been interesting to work with.
Prayer Needs:
For the teams to continue their creative production work well, as the time slots between the groups are getting tighter.
For work and family commitments this month, as there are many things going on in a short space of time. Pray for good time stewardship and to be loving and kind at all times.
5. Mark Suredhran – Serving with Cru Singapore
Thanksgiving:
For a good start to Mark's teaching a EAST.
Prayer Needs:
God's favour and strength in the transition to EAST.
Good health and walk with God.
6. Stella and Phil Carter – Serving with Cru Asia
Thanksgiving:
His favour and protection for her spouse, Phil's three-week training in Chiang Mai, ACTI 59th Batch.
Stella and Phil spent a fruitful day in JB on 4 Sep helping and mentoring a couple with practical principles and examples on "Moving Well" as they will be relocating with two young children in two months time.
Prayer Needs:
Phil’s 75-year-old brother who is now in the Philippines: God’s protection, good health and smooth process when he gives up his Philippines PR residency.
For Stella’s 91-year-old mother’s salvation and that she will always recognise her helper and for the helper to take care of her well. Pray her mum recovers soon from a very bad cough.
7. Amos Ang – Serving with Cru Asia
Prayer Needs:
Wisdom and strength to carry out his roles and responsibilities locally.
Discernment for staff care and development for other teams he is overseeing.
His son, Josiah, as he continues his one more year of National Service (NS) and God’s favour for a place in university after NS.
Another son, Nathan, for God’s leading in his adulting journey, especially his spiritual life.
8. Karen Hor – Serving with Cru Asia
Prayer Needs:
God’s healing upon her mom who was recently warded in hospital. Thankful the pneumonia cleared up quickly and pray the new meds for her other condition will work. Pray her mom continues to be open and for more opportunities to share with her the saving grace of Jesus.
Her son, Josiah is hoping to apply to SUSS in October to study Human Resource Management when he completes serving in the army. Pray for the Lord to make straight his path.
9. Susan Lee – Serving with Cru Asia
Thanksgiving:
For the new mentors, their passion and love for God to impart their expertise to the creatives mentees.
Prayer Needs:
The Creative Journey (TCJ) mentees to finish their apprenticeship well and for a good start on their final project.
Strength, physically, mentally and most importantly spiritually, for the Crea Team as they juggle different job responsibilities and projects.
For Susan and her family – wisdom in taking care of their health & to grow in their faith in God.
10. Chelsea Koh – Serving with Prison Fellowship Singapore (PFS)
Thanksgiving:
The Beneficiary mental wellness workshop in August went well.
Prayer Needs:
Their Family Care Volunteers to be receptive to support integration of releasees to their families.
Spiritual renewal for Chelsea and colleagues at the Staff retreat in October.
Guidance for the team in supporting the reintegration of recent releasees to their families that would lead to improvement of their relationships.
11. Jason Huang (TTC)
Prayer Needs:
Holy Spirit to prepare his heart and mind for another new semester of theological learning.
A deepening relationship with God and a hunger to know Him more intimately.
The well-being of his family and God’s blessings on relationships with others.
12. Angeline Lee (SBC)
Prayer Needs:
God to continue to deepen her faith and spiritual maturity through her seminary studies.
Wisdom, focus and endurance in her academic work this semester.
For God’s guidance and leading and may she be sensitive to God’s direction on what's ahead.
Good health, divine protection and God to meet all of her and family needs.
13. Jonathan & Phoebe Kong – Serving with OMF
Thanksgiving:
P’Nok, Milk, TonKao and Gaem who were baptised; God’s protection and guidance upon them to continue walking in step with Christ.
PrikHom, a new believer who returned from Chiang Mai to Takhro and is joining them in church service every Sunday. She has expressed a desire to teach the children on Saturdays and Sundays; may God give her strength and wisdom on how to manage and teach the children.
Prayer Needs:
For Aunty Dtaan, Aunty Choom and Plakad who have decided not to be baptised this round. May God work in their lives so they will not only see and experience God’s goodness but recognise the Giver who desires to have a relationship with them.
The upcoming outreach conference and their sharing in Wesley’s The Saturday Service and Children’s Ministry; pray God speaks through them and that they will be able to communicate God’s heart for missions and the lost to those who hear.
14. Shan – Serving in CAN
Prayer Needs:
Thank God for blessing the children and youth at their learning centre. May the children continue to grow in faith through their weekly activities and bring home the good news.
Wisdom and strength to establish ministry partnerships with local workers esp. in rural areas. For favour and open doors to serve the least, the lost and the last. For courage and perseverance to reach the village communities.
God's direction and leading in the setting up of the youth hostel and sponsorship programmes for students coming from the unreached areas.
God’s grace to face challenges on the ground, protection and sustaining strength for all workers in the fields.
15. Stanley and Lucy Ong
Thanksgiving:
Koko, the 3-year-old girl, who has been moved from the Intensive Care Unit to a normal ward that recent tests showed that she continues to be free from leukemia.
The several young people who have come to church for the first time in the last few months.
Prayer Needs:
Koko to be in remission from her leukemia and for her white blood cell count to increase at a good rate.
Salvation of Koko and her mother, sister and brother.
The salvation of the other families who attend the church's monthly kids' club.
The Ongs to be filled with the Spirit afresh each day as they work in their schools.
16. More Wesley's Missionaries to be raised and sent out into the field
Luke 10:2 The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
Prayer Needs:
God's spirit to stir up the hearts of Wesleyans to be missional and obedient to the Great Commission.
More Wesleyans will hear His clarion call to be missionaries in the harvest fields overseas.
Wisdom, grace, and clarity as they discern their calling and choose to bring the gospel to the least-reached people groups or hard places.
That God will grant them the assurance of peace to remove their fears, anxieties and concerns for their loved ones as He equips them for the field.
Boldness and courage to take the next step to prepare well for the ministry which they are called in the harvest fields.
God's leading and wisdom to mobilise a great missionary movement from Wesley to reach the least, the lost and the last.

Cambodia
17. Functional English Centre (FEC)
Thanksgiving:
Prayer Needs:
God’s protection, strength and guidance upon FEC staff and families.
FEC students to learn well and remain receptive to God’s love and truth.
Pastor A has relocated to a suburban location. May God strengthen his relationship with the community and for opportunities to reach out with God’s love and truth.
New teachers/short term workers to be assigned to FEC as current teaching staff have a full teaching schedule with no break.
18. Pathway Fellowship in Siem Reap
Pray for the Lord to continue growing the ministry and strengthening those who have opened their hearts and minds to Him; pray for the Pathway team as they follow up with people who have responded to the Lord.
Thank God for a growing children’s ministry in the churches and preaching points. Pray for support for the ministry team as they seek to serve in this area.
For good follow-up and spiritual growth of the children who came to know Christ during village outreach.
Wisdom and strength for the teachers at Mustard Seed School (MSS).
God’s guidance and provision as MSS and the church that worships there need to relocate to a new place.
God’s provision, leading and continued open doors in medical ministry.
19. Wesley Phnom Penh Hostel (WPPH)
Thanksgiving:
Good closure of the WPPH after five years of ministry.
Former hostel students have found good alternatives for their accommodation.
Some remain connected to the church community and are serving in ministry.
Prayer Needs:
May youths who have received Him grow deeper in their faith and relationship with God and remain connected to the church community.
May former hostel parents be encouraged and find suitable opportunities that will arise.
May the former chaplain also find encouragement as they continue to disciple the youth in a church setting
Future plans for ministry to be guided with His wisdom and anointing.
Indonesia
20. Batam & Bintan
Thanksgiving:
Students who joined the English teaching ministry progressed well in learning the language.
Closer relationship with the students and teachers and opportunity to share God’s love and godly values.
Women who joined the sewing ministry have gradually improved their sewing skills.
Recent trips have encouraged the pastors, leaders and teachers.
Prayer Needs:
Sustaining strength and wisdom for teachers to plan lessons and engage students effectively.
Students to learn effectively, diligent in their students, and nurtured in godly values and develop godly character.
Protection, good health, wisdom and anointing for pastors and leaders in providing leadership and care for the church.
More opportunities to reach out to the community.
Congregation to grow in their faith, love and service for God.
Diligence for those who participated in a sewing workshop to develop their skills.
Wisdom in planning missions trip to Batam and Bintan, including upcoming trip, 24-25 May.
More to step up to serve God routinely in Batam and Bintan.

Thanksgiving:
Scholarship students are progressing well in their studies and developing godly character. Some are serving in the ministry.
Prayer Needs:
Ministry workers and teachers to be used by God to bless the children and youth.
Students receiving scholarships to do well in their studies.
Good follow-up and nurturing of faith for seekers, new believers and believers.
Youth leaders to arise from within and outside of the ministry.
Parents, adult fellowship and home visitation to be fruitful in reaching out to the community.

22. Laos
Wisdom upon the nation’s leaders to find ways to cope with the financial crisis and help the poor who are struggling with inflation and the high cost of living.
Protection, courage and good health for God’s people especially those living in rural areas.
Wisdom, sustaining strength, favour and perseverance for God’s workers serving the least, the lost and the last.
Open hearts and responsiveness to the good news by the locals.

23. Payatas Zone 1
Wisdom for church and community leaders in selecting the right livelihood projects for various local villages.
For New Hope Antioch Church’s prison ministry to transform lives; good health and strength for pastor VP.
Thank God for new believers in Pinagpala Christian Community Church’s outreach points; for more pre-believing families to be reached and more church members to serve as the ministry expands.
A safe and suitable venue for Promised Land Christian Church’s new outreach point as the current location floods often; for God’s provision for various church ministry needs.
Thank God for regular attendance of youth and adult members at Jesus The Mediator Church; pray for spiritual healing and good family relationships for church members and a job opening for AB.
24. High Praise Church (HPC)
Thanksgiving:
United church having the same purpose of winning more souls for His Kingdom.
God’s continued wisdom, protection, guidance and provision for HPC pastors and leaders.
Prayer Needs:
For HPC’s weekly Zoom theology course to equip its pastors and leaders; for trainees to cope with both day jobs and night classes.
For God to provide resources needed to run the course for different batches of trainees.
Perseverance and wisdom for Pastor R as he nurtures, mentors and trains the next generation of pastors and leaders.
Zealousness for HPC pastors and leaders to continue and commence preaching assignments and Care Groups in outreach locations.
Thailand
25. Nong Bua Lamphu
For the Lord to continue to minister to the youths to receive His truths and promises and grow in their faith.
Ongoing online English lessons led by Wesley volunteers to continue to serve needs of NBLPMC members and their invited friends.
For friendships built at Nongsan to be strengthened and for the people there to come to know Christ personally.
Strength and wisdom for Pastor K to juggle multiple roles and lead the church.
Discipline and discernment for the youths when it comes to using their digital devices.
Healing for members of the congregation who are ill and struggling with family issues.
26. Phrao
Thanksgiving:
Recent trips have been fruitful in reaching out to youth, women, children and teachers.
Some youth and children responded to God’s love during prayer time in LK and during youth camp.
Prayer Needs:
Youth who have responded to be nurtured in their faith and love for God.
The children at the outreach centre at LK to know God deeper.
Outreach at KP and MS villages to bear fruit for God; more children to join the activities.
The Lord’s provision for a full-time worker at LK and a more convenient location to run the programme there.
For God to touch the lives of families with children and the elderly who are ill and homebound as the church reaches out to them.
Good health and protection for Pastor D and his family, Pastor S and all the workers.
27. Timor Leste
Health and joy for the missionaries, teachers, staff and students in Timor-Leste.
For the missionaries, staff, students and MMS to have a united heart, not just with one another, but also with God; for God-given wisdom to catch God's vision and use their different talents and personalities that God has given them to serve Him and fulfil his purposes.
God to continue expanding his Kingdom work and providing all the manpower and resources needed.
28. Wesley Youths in Missions
For God to nurture a heart for missions amongst our youths, and raise a generation of missions-minded youths in Wesley YM with a desire to serve Him.
For God to lead our youths and youth leaders as we seek to learn more about missions.
For God to bring more youth mission trip leaders and trippers to serve Him in the mission fields as YM starts to ramp up missions activities.
Wisdom and love for youth missions leaders as they connect with various missions fields.
For our upcoming youth mission trips to be God-led and for our youth trippers to be good witnesses for God.
