SONGS OF THE QUARTER His Glory And My Good This beautiful new release from CityAlight speaks about the truth that as Christians, we can pursue the glorification of God with full devotion, understanding that this is the very path that brings us eternal joy. Inhabit "Look! God's dwelling place is now among the people, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God himself will be with them and be their God." – Revelations 21:3 Inhabit is a song and a prayer. We are asking the Lord to breakdown selfish desires, our wandering tendencies and to align ourselves to His will and plans for us. May our worship and offering of our lives not be shallow, conditional and self-seeking, but instead wholly set apart for His plans and purposes. This is what it means for us to be a dwelling place for the Lord, a sacrifice, a living offering, and a temple consecrated for the King. Behold The Lamb Behold the Lamb by Passion is a powerful worship song that focuses on the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ. It draws inspiration from the biblical imagery of Jesus as the Lamb of God, who willingly gave His life for the salvation of humanity. The song expresses gratitude and awe at the incredible sacrifice Jesus made, and it serves as a reminder of the hope and forgiveness He offers. The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!" – John 1:29 Praise You Anywhere As life takes us in and out of different seasons, the song Praise You Anywhere celebrates the ability to offer praise to God in any situation, regardless of the circumstances or location. The Gospel of John tells us that the time has now come when worship will no longer be confined to a specific place (John 4:21); rather, we can now embrace worship as a continuous and integral part of our lives, not limited by time or space. |
