NextGen/Praise Special Community (PSCom) 

VOLUNTEER Recruitment for Persons with Special Needs 

In recent years, we've welcomed a growing number of children and tweens who benefit from the support for persons with special needs into our NextGen Ministry — especially in Children's Ministry (CM) and BeTween. 

As we continue to journey with them, we're building a team of dedicated volunteers to provide meaningful support for our children and tweens with special needs. 

As part of PSCom, you'll help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Volunteers may be mobilised across CM, BeTween, and Youth Ministry (YM) based on needs and availability. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• Providing personalised care and emotional support 

• Supporting ministry leaders in pastoral care

• Serving as part of a collaborative and caring team 

• Encouraging spiritual growth through adaptive approaches 

• Receiving training and buddying with experienced volunteers
