Did you know Pastor lan was a rugger? Why not give the sport a try yourself — all are welcome! 

Touch rugby is as exciting as regular rugby, but without the physical tackles and mauling. It is suitable for anyone moderately fit – guys, girls, juniors or seniors (ages 13 and above).
