A non-refundable registration fee of $36 will go towards a good lunch at the end of the course 

Pilates is a technique that emphasises strengthening the body’s core and regaining balance, agility and flexibility. Improve your posture, build endurance and gain dynamic control of body movements. 

Trainer Lynda Koh is a Wesleyan and certified Stott Pilates Instructor who has been teaching Pilates for over a decade.
