Closing date: 16 Mar 2025 

Registrations received between 17 to 23 Mar 2025 will be awarded (if there are still vacancies) on a first-come-first-serve basis, regardless of membership. 

Any registration and payment from non-WMC members that is submitted before 17 Mar 2025 will not be valid. We will refund any payment from non-WMC member if no vacancies are available. WMC members who were unable to secure a seat in the current run would be deferred to the next run.
