Move, Strengthen & Heal Together Through Exercises

A passionate advocate for life after health challenges, Rocher inspires and empowers others through exercise, wellness and community support.

After personally overcoming multiple health issues Rocher has put together S.H.E.e (Simple Health Exercises for Everyone) as a routine, through which movement, motivation, and meaningful connections, make every exercise step count. This has changed her life as she encourages others to thrive and shine with Jesus Christ.

Please note that this programme is only open to women cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers.

Let us rejoice that Jesus has come to heal the broken-hearted and bind up our wounds.
